Led by Insight Partners, the funding round also included existing investors First Round Capital and Kindred Ventures. The latest investment brings Assured’s total funding to $25 million, giving the company additional capital to develop its technology and expand its market presence.

Insight Partners Leads Series A Round

Assured raised the $19 million Series A with Insight Partners leading the round. First Round Capital and Kindred Ventures, which had previously invested in the company, also participated. The company plans to use the new funding to strengthen its research and development efforts and expand its go-to-market teams. Assured also intends to continue developing products designed to help healthcare organizations manage provider operations more efficiently.

Assured previously raised $6 million in seed funding in September 2025. The company launched in 2024 and has focused on addressing administrative challenges that healthcare organizations face when onboarding and managing providers.

Assured Focuses on Provider Credentialing

Provider credentialing and payer enrollment can require healthcare organizations to manage large amounts of information, documentation, and verification. The process can also vary depending on licensing rules, healthcare organizations and insurance payers. Assured has built a platform designed to automate parts of this work.

The company says its technology verifies provider information against more than 2,000 primary sources. It also supports the preparation and management of credentialing and enrollment applications while helping organizations identify missing information and documents. By bringing these processes into one technology platform, Assured aims to reduce the administrative workload associated with bringing healthcare providers into networks.

Platform Serves More Than 100 Organizations

Since launching, Assured has expanded its customer base across the healthcare sector. The company says its platform now serves more than 100 healthcare organizations. Its customers include health systems, digital health companies, and medical groups. These organizations use provider operations technology to manage credentialing and payer enrollment activities.

Assured has also reported that its platform can help providers join insurer networks about 30% faster. This figure comes from the company and should be viewed as a company-reported performance claim rather than an independently verified industry benchmark.

The focus on speeding up administrative processes reflects a broader challenge in healthcare. Organizations need qualified providers to become available within their networks, but credentialing and enrollment can take time because of the amount of information that needs to be collected and verified.

Funding Will Support Product Development

The new Series A funding gives Assured more resources to expand its technology and commercial operations. The company plans to invest in research and development as it builds additional capabilities for healthcare provider operations. It will also expand its go-to-market efforts to reach more healthcare organizations.

For Assured, the investment comes as healthcare organizations continue looking for ways to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve operational efficiency, rather than focusing directly on patient treatment. Assured targets the administrative infrastructure that supports healthcare delivery. Provider credentialing and payer enrollment are important parts of that infrastructure because they determine how quickly healthcare professionals can become approved to work within provider networks.

Assured Builds on Its Early Growth

Assured has grown its operations since its 2024 launch and has now secured $25 million in total funding. The company’s latest round gives it backing from both new and existing investors as it works to expand its healthcare operations platform. Insight Partners led the Series A, while First Round Capital and Kindred Ventures continued their support.

With the new capital, Assured will focus on developing its products, expanding its teams, and serving more healthcare organizations.

The company’s approach reflects growing interest in technology that can simplify complex healthcare administration. As providers and healthcare organizations look for ways to reduce manual processes, platforms focused on credentialing, enrollment, and other operational tasks could play a larger role in modernizing healthcare administration. Assured now enters its next stage of growth with $19 million in new funding and plans to expand its platform across the healthcare provider operations market.
