A healthcare investment that started several years ago has now reached an important milestone. Amanat Holdings has completed the acquisition of the remaining minority stake in Cambridge Health Group (CHG), giving the Dubai-based investment company full ownership of one of the Gulf region’s leading post-acute care healthcare providers.

The transaction marks another step in Amanat’s strategy to strengthen its healthcare portfolio and expand its presence in specialized healthcare services across the GCC.

Amanat Secures 100% Ownership

According to the company, Amanat acquired the remaining 10.03% stake in Cambridge Health Group for AED 105 million. Following the completion of the deal, Amanat now owns 100% of CHG.

The acquisition comes shortly after Amanat increased its stake in the healthcare group to approximately 90% earlier in June 2026. With the latest purchase completed, the company has consolidated full control of the business.

Amanat stated that the transaction reflects its confidence in CHG’s long-term growth potential and its position within the regional healthcare market.

A Leading Post-Acute Care Provider

Cambridge Health Group operates a network of healthcare facilities across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on post-acute care services, including long-term care, rehabilitation, specialized medical support, and home healthcare.

According to company information, CHG currently operates around 715 beds and employs more than 1,200 healthcare professionals across its facilities.

The healthcare provider serves patients who require continued medical care and rehabilitation after hospital treatment, making it an important part of the healthcare ecosystem in the region.

Strong Financial Performance

Amanat highlighted CHG’s financial performance as a key factor supporting the acquisition. The healthcare group reported revenue of AED 404 million for the financial year ended December 2025.

During the same period, CHG generated EBITDA of AED 100 million, reflecting continued demand for its healthcare services and operational scale.

The company has expanded steadily in recent years as healthcare systems across the GCC place greater emphasis on rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized recovery services.

Focus on Future Growth

With full ownership now secured, Amanat plans to continue supporting CHG’s expansion strategy. The company has previously outlined plans to increase the healthcare group’s capacity to more than 1,000 beds in the coming years.

The acquisition gives Amanat greater flexibility in executing long-term growth initiatives while strengthening its position in the region’s healthcare sector.

As demand for specialized healthcare services continues to rise across the GCC, Amanat’s full acquisition of Cambridge Health Group represents a significant step in its efforts to build a larger and more integrated healthcare platform in the region.
