New Investment to Support Growth
The Series A financing was co-led by Vensana Capital and Mutual Capital Partners, with participation from Neovate Capital Partners and existing investors.
According to the company, the new capital will be used to expand commercial access to the B3 GEL® System across the United States, broaden product indications, and support clinical studies that evaluate tissue protection during orthopedic procedures. The investment reflects growing confidence in TYBR Health‘s approach to improving recovery after orthopedic surgery by addressing one of the most common causes of reduced mobility post-surgical scar tissue formation.
A Technology Designed to Protect Healing Tissue
TYBR Health develops medical technologies that help surgeons protect healing soft tissues during recovery. Its flagship product, the B3 GEL® System, is a bioresorbable gel barrier applied during surgery to create temporary separation between healing tissues and surrounding structures.
The system is designed to help protect tendons, ligaments, muscles, and surrounding soft tissues during the body’s natural healing process. By reducing unwanted tissue attachment, the technology aims to preserve normal tissue movement while supporting recovery.
The product integrates into existing surgical procedures without requiring significant changes to a surgeon’s workflow, making it suitable for a wide range of orthopedic applications.
FDA-Cleared Platform Ready for Commercial Expansion
The funding follows an important milestone for TYBR Health. In June 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted 510(k) clearance for the company’s B3 GEL® System.
The clearance allows the system to be used for protecting tendons, ligaments, skeletal muscles, and surrounding soft tissues during orthopedic procedures. This regulatory approval provided the foundation for the company’s commercial rollout, and the new investment is expected to accelerate adoption across healthcare providers. With FDA clearance already in place, TYBR Health is now focused on making the technology more widely available while continuing to generate additional clinical evidence.
